Subclinical affective and cognitive fluctuations in Parkinson’s disease: a randomized double-blind double-dummy study of Oral vs. Intrajejunal Levodopa
Chronic levodopa treatment in Parkinson's disease (PD) may promote undesirable motor and non-motor fluctuations. Compared to chronic oral levodopa treatment, continuous infusion of levodopa/carbidopa intestinal gel (LCIG) in advanced PD reduces motor fluctuations. However, differences in their effect on acute non-motor changes were not formally demonstrated.

Identifying social cognition subgroups in euthymic patients with bipolar disorder: a cluster analytical approach
Bipolar disorder (BD) is associated with social cognition (SC) impairments even during remission periods although a large heterogeneity has been described. Our aim was to explore the existence of different profiles on SC in euthymic patients with BD, and further explore the potential impact of distinct variables on SC.

Cognitive remediation and brain connectivity: A resting-state fMRI study in patients with schizophrenia
Cognitive remediation is able to improve activation patterns in the frontal lobe but only few data on neuroconnectivity has been reported yet. Resting-state approach is a neuroimaging methodology with potentiality for testing neuroconnectivity in the context of cognitive remediation in schizophrenia.

Attitudes and Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Older Adults With Mild Cognitive Impairment or Early Stages of Dementia and Their Caregivers: Cross-Sectional Study
Information and communication technologies are promising tools to increase the quality of life of people with dementia or mild cognitive impairment and that of their caregivers. Is cognitive training an effective tool for improving cognitive function and real-life behaviour in healthy children and adolescents? A systematic review
Computerised cognitive training (CCT) has been applied to improve cognitive function in pathological conditions and in healthy populations. Studies suggest that CCT produces near-transfer effects to cognitive functions, with less evidence for far-transfer
